The impeller (2) has a hub (3) and adjustable rotor blades (5) in bolted construction, and identically constructed hub disks (4), which are bolted with one another. The hub disks are provided in their outer circumference with lugs (8), which correspond to the number of rotor blades. The lugs are canted along a tangential canted line running to a rotor around 90 degrees parallel to a rotational axis of the rotor. The lugs form a support on which the rotor blades are adjustably fastened by the lugs. The impeller is made of steel.
