The heat engine has three liquid ring- compressors (2,3,4) which are either formed as liquid ring-compressor without gap losses and without friction losses or are formed by other design almost so efficient like such liquid ring compressor. The machine has a throttle (7) between the compressors with which compressed air is released into compressor, cooled and determined by expansion, releases the fluid as condensate behind throttle. The machine has a condensate outlet (8) between the throttle and the compressor at a pipe (6).
