A microprobe structure is provided to decrease a manufacturing cost of a probe by enabling a partial repairing of a damaged probe structure. A microprobe structure includes a body unit(04b), a base terminal(04a), a contact terminal(04c), and a tip portion(04g). The body unit has a horizontal blade shape. The base terminal is elongated downwards from one end of the body unit for a curve portion to be formed. The contact terminal is elongated from the other end of the body unit. The tip portion is elongated upwards from the contact portion. The body unit has cross-sections, whose shapes are changed along a length direction of the body unit. |
