<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic powder removing structure for a power transmission for a vehicle, which stably attracting and holds magnetic powder included in lubricating oil. <P>SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 30 for attracting and removing the magnetic powder included in the lubricating oil is provided in a housing 11 for the power transmission for the vehicle. The permanent magnet 30 is formed to be porous, having many small holes for attracting and holding the magnetic powder.
