<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change an oil level height in a case by a relatively easy and inexpensive structure in a vehicle driving device adapting an oil splash lubricating system and including an oil level height adjustment means for changing the oil level height in the case. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle driving device, the oil level height adjustment means 20 comprises an oil catch tank 21 for receiving and storing oil splashed by a gear 14, a drain valve 22 for opening and closing an oil discharge port 21a on the bottom side of the oil catch tank 21, and a driving mechanism 23 for returning the oil in the oil catch tank 21 into the case 3a to raise the oil level height in the case 3a to a high level, and closing the drain valve 22 to store the oil in the case 3a into the oil catch tank 21 when drive system shift positions R, N and D are selected, thereby reducing the oil height in the case 3a to a low level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
