<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an IC card having a magnetic recording layer, which can produce the IC card while checking the quality of a magnetic recording layer, a hidden layer, design pattern, or the like during processes and integrating a processing sheet of a high quality level and a module core sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A processed sheet 50 constituted of forming a flush magnetic recording layer 32a, a hidden layer 41, a design pattern 51, and an adhesive resin layer 21, and a module core sheet 80 with an IC module 70 composed of an IC chip 71, an antenna 72, etc. formed in a core sheet are laminated on an overlay 11 to product an IC module block sheet 100.
