<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition which excels in linearity, avoids peeling and the occurrence of residues, and is capable of easily forming a good black matrix pattern excellent in display contrast on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a photopolymerizable compound (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B) and a colorant (C), wherein the photopolymerizable compound (A) comprises a resin obtained by reacting a compound represented by formula (1), wherein a plurality of symbols R<SP>1</SP>each independently represent H, a 1-12C alkyl group, a halogen atom or a phenyl group which may have a substituent; and m is an average value and represents a number of 0-10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
