<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the tube hangs down and rubs an image forming surface of a medium and the image quality deteriorates when the rigidity of a supply tube for feeding a recording liquid to a recording head mounted in a carriage is low. <P>SOLUTION: A head tank 12 for feeding an ink of each color according to the recording head 11 is mounted in the carriage 3. The recording liquid is fed to the head tank 12 from a recording liquid cartridge 14 of each color which is detachably installed in a cartridge holder 13 through the supply tube 16 of each color. A sheet-like member 31 is provided which keeps one side connected to the carriage 3 and enables the supply tube 16 to be separated from a paper 20 and held. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
