摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new D-amino acid oxidase, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a method for producing an L-amino acid, 2-oxo acid or cyclic imine using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A new D-amino acid oxidase gene isolated from Candida intermedia is provided. A recombinant plasmid containing the above gene is provided. A transformant transferred with the above gene is provided. The method for producing the D-amino acid oxidase is also provided, comprising culturing the Candida intermedia or the above transformant and retrieving the D-amino acid oxidase. Further, the method for producing an L-amino acid, 2-oxo acid or cyclic imine by making the D-amino acid oxidase act on a racemic amino acid is provided.
