<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a washer incorporating an RFID. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a washer-type tag in which a circular plate that has a screw insertion through-hole in its center is formed by press working, and an annular groove is formed coaxially with the through-hole, into which an RFID tag is sealed by a predetermined filling substance. Thus, the washer-type tag incorporating an RFID tag can be easily formed.
