DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR CONVERTING STRUCTURED DOCUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a structured document in response to the state of a user.

SOLUTION: An acquiring part 11 acquires distribution rule information, user state information, and distribution information structured document outputted from a content distribution server. An evaluation object extracting part 13 extracts an evaluation object related to the user state among the evaluation objects of respective condition describing parts included in the distribution rule information. A user state extracting part 14 extracts the state of a user terminal corresponding to the evaluation object from the user state information. A condition evaluating part 15 evaluates the respective condition describing parts, based on the state of the user terminal. A conversion rule information generating part 12 generates conversion rule information, based on the result of the evaluation. A converting part 16 converts the distribution information structure document, based on the conversion rule information. An output part 17 outputs the distribution information structured document to the content distribution server.
