PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a communication capacity in the entire communication system by adapting a channel transmission quality in each node. SOLUTION: A relay node 12kcomprises: a receiver 22 for receiving a receive signal Ykfrom a source node 11; a channel estimation part 23 for measuring an SNR in a posterior channel between it own unit and the source node 11 and an SNR in an anterior channel between the own unit and a destination node 13; a relay selector 25 for selecting a relay method in the own unit from QR-P-ZF, QR-P-QR and ZF-P-QR methods according to ratios of SNRs in the posterior and anterior channels; a relay signal processing part 26 for multiplying the receive signal Ykby a transmission wait queue depending on a selected relay method and converting it into a relay signal Xk; and a transmitter 28 for transmitting the relay signal Xkto the destination node 13.
