PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder improved in reliability of an electrical joint between a carriage side and a head cartridge side. SOLUTION: The hook 35 of a set lever 30 is prevented from being operated in an unlocking direction as shown by the arrow A, by the regulating surface 51G of an ink tank 51, when the ink tank 51 is mounted to the head cartridge. The head cartridge is thereby prevented from being removed from the carriage 403, and at the same time the electrical joint condition between the carriage 403 and the head cartridge is maintained.
