PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone terminal device which cannot be operated when a user is walking or driving. SOLUTION: For example, a walk vibration detection determination means determines whether a vibration detection part detects walking vibrations or not after a walking safety mode determination means determines that a walk safety mode is on. When the user starts walking then, the vibration detection part detects the walking vibrations, and the walking vibration detection determination means determines that the vibration detection part detects the walking vibrations. An operation action determination means determines whether action of an operation on an operation part has been made or not. When it is determined that action of the operation has been made, an operation lock/message display means locks the operation and displays not only a warning message informing that the device cannot be operated due to the risk during walking but also a message prompting the user to stop in a safe place to operate the device, in a display part.
