PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information useful for analyzing use state of information exchange service. SOLUTION: A link structure data generation part 102 generates link structure data showing a state of connection of users from user unit information 51. An in-the-period data extraction part 104 extracts data in an appointed period from the link structure data. A category extraction part 105 extracts data of prescribed category from the link structure data. A statistics data generation part 106 generates statistics data such as activation degree and continuance level. A directed graph generation part 109 generates a directed graph consists of nodes and edges showing connection of nodes from the link structure data.
