PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily join an anchor with an arm of a pillar reinforcing device for reinforcing an electric pole. SOLUTION: This pillar reinforcing device is composed of a support part for supporting a pillar by abutting on the pillar such as the electric pole erected in the ground positioned in the vicinity of a surface in the ground, the arm integrated with its support part extending from its support part, and the anchor fixing the tip side of its arm having a spiral excavation blade at a lower part, and a flange and a square column to be buried at an upper part. The arm member and the anchor are joined by inserting a washer larger than a hole of a predetermined size divided into two parts under the flange of its anchor, after inserting its anchor into the hole of the predetermined size arranged in its arm member.
