PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a game system, capable of preventing impairment of amusement caused by the tax payment procedure based on a big dividend in the game machine in which the big dividend requiring the tax payment is paid and in the game system consisting of the game machine and a server. SOLUTION: If a jackpot combination for winning a dividend equivalent to or higher than a lowest limited amount requiring the tax payment is won as a result of a game in the slot machine 1 (S20: Yes), the game is transferred to a paid amount selecting process (S21), and a first option display part 96 and a second option display part 97 are displayed on a lower image display panel 6. At the time, the dividend amount based on the winning combination and the dividend amount after tax, the face value after tax for the dividend amount, are displayed in the first option display part 96. If a player selects the first option display part 96, the tax-paid dividend amount is paid (S45 and S22). On the other hand, a tax-free limited amount is displayed in the second option display part 97, and if the player selects the second option display part 97, the tax-free limited amount for which tax payment is not required is paid (S46 and S22).
