A seat manufacturing method is provided to prevent deformation of a seat cover and uneven hardness of sponge thereof by forming a pad by diffusing sponge foaming solution in a porous composite and a seat cover. A seat manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a plurality of foaming diffusion holes(13) in upper and lower porous foam bodies(3) by foaming with urethane sponge solution, forming a surface heater(4) or a line heater between the upper and lower porous foam bodies, seating the upper and lower porous foam bodies in an urethane foaming mold(7) to form seat integrally, forming a porous composite(14) by fixing a seat cover(6) on the inner surface of the foaming mold and coating adhesive on the upper surface of the lower porous foam body to fix the surface line heater, and forming an integrated pad(21) of the seat cover and porous composite by injecting the urethane sponge solution into an urethane foaming region(16) formed inside the foaming mold and the seat cover respectively through an urethane sponge solution injection hole formed at one side of the cover of the foaming mold and the diffusion holes of the porous composite and foaming the urethane sponge solution. |
