THE USE OF THE EFFECTIVE FRACTION OF ALKALOIDS FROM MULBERRY TWIG IN PREPARING HYPOGLYCEMIC AGENTS

An effective section made from Ramulus Mori as a crude drug, wherein the total alkaloids are 50% more by weight based on the effective section, wherein the compound 1-deoxynojirimycin is 30% more by weight based on the total alkaloids. The method for preparation of the effective section and the pharmaceutical compositon containing the effective section as well as the use of the effective section for preparation of a hypoglycemic agent.
