<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a paper carton, which is capable of performing a simultaneous opening of an upper lid and a sealed portion and showing a superior convenience and a clear indication in tamper-evidence. <P>SOLUTION: This cap 10 is constituted of a cap body 11 having a flange part 11a fixed to a container opening edge S1 extending outward from the lower end of a dispensing cylinder 11b, an upper lid 12 composed of a top surface wall 12a and a side wall 12b and connected to the cap body 11 through a hinge 13, a cutter piece 11c extending downward from either the inner surface or the lower end of the dispensing cylinder 11b, and an inner ring 12c having its lower end welded to a sealing layer 14 for sealing a container opening S0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
