<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjusting table device capable of optimizing a relation between a rotation angle of a table and a linear driving amount on the driving side of the angle adjusting table device, to thereby acquire linear change of the relation. <P>SOLUTION: In this table device equipped with a positioning mechanism for positioning the table 4 provided rotatably on a base 1 in a prescribed rotation direction, the positioning mechanism is equipped with a linear driving means 7 elongated orthogonally to a turning radius direction of the table, and a connection part for converting a linear motion by the linear driving means into a circular motion and transferring it to the table. The connection part has the first linear guide 14a connected turnably at the first connection point 12a to a bracket 11 fixed to the linear driving means, the second linear guide 14b connected turnably at the second connection point 12b to the table 4 moved circularly, and a connection arm 20 hooked slidably over the first and second linear guides and using the opposite side to the linear driving means as a turning center.
