PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form an accurate stitch along a linear groove on a skin material made from synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A transfer surface of a tool horn is pressed against the skin material 2 made from the synthetic resin, and a shape of the transfer surface is transferred on the skin material 2 to form the linear groove 3. Then, by using machining marks 5 formed on both sides of the linear groove 3 at the time of machining as a guide, the stitch 4 is formed on the skin material 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
