PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic paving material capable of attaining compatibility between noise reduction and durability at a high level. SOLUTION: A hard aggregate 2, an elastic aggregate 3 and a resin binder 4 are mixed to form a mixed material, the volume percentage of the hard aggregate 2 to the whole aggregate to be mixed is set to 80% or higher, and average grain sizes of the hard aggregate 2 and the elastic aggregate 3 are prescribed to 0.6-2.5 mm, 0.5 mm or smaller, respectively, to secure the moderate elastic modulus and percentage of a void of the elastic paving material 1 composed of the mixed material. Further surface roughness is set to MPD (Mean Profile Depth) of 0.05-1.00 mm, whereby the traveling noise of a traveling vehicle can be favorably absorbed and damped, and the grain separation of the aggregate is hardly caused.
