PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in transparency, heat resistance and preferable film forming property and to provide an optical molded product with a reduced photoelastic birefringence and to provide a stretch film with negative orientational birefringence. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) 10-70 pts.mass. of the following (meth)acrylate based polymer and (B) 90-30 pts.mass. of a styrene-maleic anhydride based copolymer, wherein the resin composition with 2mm of thickness has less than 3% of haze measured by following ASTM D1003. (A) The (meth)acrylate based polymer comprises 60-100%.mass of the (meth)acrylate based monomer unit and a styrene polymer-maleic anhydride based copolymer wherein the styrene polymer comprises 40-0%.mass of styrene based monomer unit.
