PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material good in barrier tendency independently of humidity, also good in barrier tendency even in undergoing heat sterilization treatment such as boiling treatment or retort treatment, and excellent in heat resistance and molding processability, and to provide a multilayer structural product using the same. SOLUTION: The material is an oxygen-absorbing resin, being a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin having in the molecule structural units derived from a quinone(B) selected from benzoquinone, anthraquinone and naphthoquinone.
