PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both the securement of power accompanied by the generation of brown gas in a traveling vehicle and the development of a large-capacity capacitor and a highly efficient gas generator, and provide a technology for safely handling hydrogen. SOLUTION: In a state that the storage capability of a battery is limited, while a part of power generated by a traveling vehicle is stored, the generated power is directly converted into brown gas to be introduced into an internal combustion engine. Consequently, the whole power generated by a generator of a vehicle can be utilized. In addition, a system for safely handling hydrogen is incorporated into the vehicle to obtain the fuel support hybrid fuel system. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
