PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning work machine for enabling an operator to look the deepest part of a hole from a hole this side side wall, when excavating a deep hole. SOLUTION: This turning work machine vertically rotatably constitutes a boom on an operation part 9 side on a swivel base 4 by a first boom 10' and second and third booms 12', and is constituted so as to be offset in the lateral direction, and attached with a bucket 14' via an arm 13' vertically rotatably installed at the tip of the third boom. and can enable the operator to look the deepest part of the hole from the hole this side side wall under a line of connecting eyes of the operator of an operation part and the tip of the ground surface when excavating the deep hole, by laterally moving together with the third boom of moving in parallel, by forming a mirror as a convex mirror, by arranging the mirror 34 in a recessed part under the main machine side on the second boom side of the third boo so that a position can be adjusted.
