An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent a second light emitting layer from being deteriorated by stacking the second light emitting layer and a third electrode on a first light emitting layer having an organic material. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(11), a thin film transistor, a first electrode(241), a first light emitting layer(242), a second electrode(243), a second light emitting layer(244), and a third electrode(245). The thin film transistor is formed on the substrate. The first electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The first light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the first light emitting layer, and is composed of a conducting material having a high reflective ratio. The second light emitting layer is formed on the second electrode. The third electrode is formed on the second light emitting layer. |
