Spiral double-pipe structure (51) including internal pipe (52) for introduction of a solvent vapor resulting from vaporization within distillation kettle (41) and external pipe (53) for flow of a refrigerant gas cooled by outdoor machine (55) is disposed in buffer tank (50). The solvent vapor is directly cooled from the surround by the refrigerant gas with large temperature difference and thus condensed into a liquid. By means of ejector (66), the liquid is mixed with the solvent suctioned from the buffer tank (50) and returned into the buffer tank (50). As the solvent within the buffer tank (50) is also directly cooled by the refrigerant gas, there can be attained a high cooling efficiency. Accordingly, not only the solvent vapor generated from the distillation kettle (41) but also the solvent within the buffer tank (50) for pressure reduction of the interior of the distillation kettle (41) can be efficiently cooled without the use of cooling water, and downsizing of the apparatus can be attained.
