<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of information processing/services using compatibility element codes and their relativity by making it possible to diagnose the mutual relativity among the compatibility element codes. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless tag information-reading device is provided with; two external antennas 9a and 9b for exchanging information with wireless tag circuit elements To by wireless communication; and a high-frequency circuit 21.
