<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste for producing barrier ribs each having a trapezoidal pattern cross-sectional form. <P>SOLUTION: [1] The photosensitive paste comprises (A) inorganic particles, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a crosslinking agent, (D) an acid generator, (E) an organic solvent and (F) a compound represented by formula (10), wherein X represents a 2-4C alkenyl group, and Y is selected from the group consisting of a tetrahydrofuryl group, a tetrahydropyranyl group, a dioxolinyl group and a dioxanyl group.
