PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device mounted with a disk clamper which can easily fit and integrate a clamper bottom and a clamper top by small force across a magnet and is satisfactory in assembly workability. SOLUTION: The optical disk device supports a disk clamper 5 freely rotatably in a clamper support section 6a above a turntahle 4, in which a locking claw piece 51c having elasticity is formed in an annular projecting part 51b of the clamper bottom 51 of the disk clamper 5, a section 52c to be locked is formed in a root portion of an annular projecting part 52b of the clamper top 52, and a slope 52e for guiding the locking claw piece is formed on an inner side face of the annular projecting part 52b. When assembling the clamper bottom 51 and the clamper top 52 via the magnet 53, the locking claw piece 51c is guided up to the section 52c to be locked with elastic deformation along the slope 52e for guiding the locking claw piece and is easily locked therewith and therefore, the assembly workability is improved.
