PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device in which other party information used in making a phone call is stored and displayed effectively to improve operationality for making a phone call. SOLUTION: The other party information relating to a phone call history is stored in a memory region and then frequently-used other party information among the other party information relating to the phone call history is set to be non-erasable. Then, the other party information stored in the memory region is displayed on a display unit to make a phone call. The memory region is composed of a ring buffer where a forehand address and the last address are theoretically connected to each other. Further, in the memory region, a fixed first other party information which indicates frequently-used specific other party information is stored in the last address of the memory region and besides a second other party information corresponding to, sequentially from the forehand address, the other parties with whom phone calls were made in times past is arrayed in a reverse chronological order to be stored. In an initial state, the latest second other party information stored in the forehand address and the fixed first other party information stored in the last address are scrollablely displayed on the display unit.
