PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate video test signals in various formats. SOLUTION: A circular buffer 10 captures a video input data in response to control of a trigger circuit 12. A test processor 14 converts the format of the video data from the circular buffer, a network interface 18 or a capturing memory 16 to a desired format and outputs the video data from a display processor 20.
