PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a diversity gain at the time of resending data even when a temporal change of a radio signal propagation path environment is moderate. SOLUTION: A data stream stored in a buffer 101 is modulated by a modulation section 102. A multiplier 103 multiplies a signal outputted from the modulation section 102 by weight outputted from a weight control section 112. A signal outputted from the multiplier 103 is added by an addition section 104 and transmitted via an antenna 106 after radio transmission processing is applied thereto by a transmission radio section 105. A buffer control section 111 controls the buffer 101 based on the number of times of resending outputted from a resending time detection section 158.
