PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatographic tube made of resin for liquid chromatography excelling in resistance to pressure. SOLUTION: As to a chromatographic tube for liquid chromatography, this pressure-resistant chromatographic tube for liquid chromatography is characterized in that: (1) the chromatographic tube comprises (a) a pipe part, and (b) column end parts provided at both ends of the pipe part; (2) the pipe part includes (a) a jacket tube made of metal, and (b) a pipe made of resin formed by putting molten resin into the jacket tube to injection-mold it; and (3) the end parts include (a) a tubular holder made of metal, (b) a tubular end piece made of resin disposed in the tubular holder, and (c) frit disposed in the end piece.
