PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transfer an engagement part to a closure position and to prevent forgetting of closure of a cover material by providing a biasing member for biasing the engagement part slidably engaged with a slide rail in a direction resisting to biasing force of a cover take-in device. SOLUTION: In the tonneau cover structure, a pusher for biasing an engagement element 20d slidably engaged with the slide rails 31, 32 and a stopper for stopping slide of the engagement element 20d are provided, and a stopper mechanism 34 is released in an interlocked manner when a rear part opening/closing door is closed to automatically bring the tonneau cover 20 to the full-closed state. Further, by providing the biasing member 33 and the stopper mechanism 34, the engagement element 20d becomes engageable at an intermediate position where the cover material 20a is not completely taken-up in a take-up device 16.
