A user equipment concludes: the first receiving device which receives the message for identifying the second carrier and the MBMS notification on the first carrier; the second receiving device which receives the RB configuration message and the MBMS schedule message on the second carrier identified by the message; the control device which generates MBMS schedule template according to the received RB configuration message and MBMS schedule message; wherein, the second receiving device which receives the MBMS data according to MBMS schedule template.
