It is intended to shorten the cycle time for producing a pneumatic tire of low rolling resistance and provide a relevant pneumatic tire. These are attained by, in the instance of, using an extruder for continuous molding of a rubber strip material having its section partitioned into a first region of conductive rubber and a second region of nonconductive rubber, spirally winding the rubber strip material, with its portion layered, along the circumference of tire to thereby produce a tread part, changing the ratio of area of the first region to the section of the rubber strip material in the direction of the width of the tire.
