The clutch disk device has friction lining halves (21, 22) spaced from each other in an axial direction, where the halves are clampable between two coupling units. An adjusting device (25) is effective between the friction lining halves and has an adjustment ramp device (30), which combines with a counter ramp device (24). The adjustment ramp device is coupled with the counter ramp device in a planetary gear-like manner. The coupling units are provided for the torque transmission between an engine and a gear. An independent claim is also included for a clutch unit for the torque transmission between an engine and a gear.
