The coupling arrangement has lamellae where one of the lamellae connected with a construction unit has a radial joining tolerence with respect to the rotating construction unit. The lamellae provided with the joining tolerence is connected with the former rotating construction unit in such selected angular position that the total unbalance lamellae is minimzed during the rotation of one or more lamellas by eccentric system at the rotating construction unit under task of the joining tolerence.
