LANCE AND HOUSE FOR CONNECTOR HAVING THE SAME

A lance and a connector housing using the same are provided to minimize a movement of a terminal within a housing by minimizing the distance between a stop terminal of a lance and the terminal. A housing body(32) includes penetrating spaces(33) formed at an inner side thereof, in which a terminal is fixedly installed. A lance(35) is formed such that a base part(37) is integrally connected with the housing body(32) within the penetrating space(33) and a front end portion(39) is formed to extend toward a rear end of the housing body(32), having a cantilever form that can be elastically deformed. A stop terminal(42) is formed at the front end portion(39), at which the terminal is caught. A guide face(42) guides the terminal from the stop terminal(41) toward the front end portion(39). The front end portion(39) of the lance(35) having the stop terminal(41) extends in a direction opposite to a direction in which the terminal is inserted to be installed in the penetrating space(33).
