摘要 An elastic EPS(Expanded Poly-Styrene) interlayer buffer material using the mixed solution of rubber modified from wasted tire and liquid rubber and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to prevent breakage during construction, transportation, and storage by protecting the surface of an elastic EPS board and to prevent separation by increasing adhesion between the elastic EPS board and concrete poured on the upper side. An elastic EPS interlayer buffer material for the floating floor of a building using the mixed solution of rubber modified from wasted tire and liquid rubber is composed of an elastic EPS board(10) and a modified rubber layer(20) formed by applying the mixed solution of liquid natural rubber and waste tire powder with a diameter of 0.2~1.0mm, on the surface of the elastic EPS board. The waste tire powder is produced by mechanically crushing waste tires and modifying the surfaces of the crushed waste tires.
