<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duty management system and a duty management method for appropriately and rapidly assigning operation to employees while minimizing the required amount of data. <P>SOLUTION: The duty management system 10 comprises a storage means 12 storing operation information including at least the start time and end time of operation, and employee information including at least personal information and duty schedule information of a plurality of employees; an extracting means PG extracting personal information of the employee who can be engaged in the operation, out of the plurality of employees based on the operation information and employee information stored in the storage means 12; and a display means for displaying the personal information of the employee extracted by the extracting means PG. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
