<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare film giving an excellent display, particularly, a bright and high-contrast display while exhibiting an antiglare property and a display device provided with the antiglare film. <P>SOLUTION: The antiglare film has an antiglare layer composed of a transparent part and a light internal scattering part.
