PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting mechanism of a lamp unit of a vehicular light fixture, and a unit holder which allows significant decrease in the number of components for lower cost as well as simplification of assembly process. SOLUTION: A unit holder 10 is formed in such shape that a part of the circle is opened using an elastic member. On a lamp unit 2 side, fitting pins 3 are provided on both sides of outer diameter that cross the center line of the lamp unit at a right angle. When fitting the lamp unit 2 of a vehicular light fixture 1 to the unit holder 10, the part of the opened circle is enlarged by utilizing the elasticity of the member of the unit holder, and the fitting pins 3 are inserted in fitting holes 11.
