PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat control device capable of controlling a side support of a vehicle seat according to the traveling state. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat control unit 16 calculates the acceleration in the lateral direction (the vehicle width direction) generated in a vehicle based on the steering angle acquired from a steering angle sensor 26 and the wheel speed acquired from a wheel speed sensor 28 via a VSC control unit 24, sets the rotational angle (the support angle) of a side support 12 according to the calculated acceleration in the lateral direction, sets the rotational speed of the side support 12 according to the set support, and controls the drive of a side support actuator 18.
