PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine arrival in such a manner further matching with circumstances of an individual destination, in a reporting device specifying the current position, determining whether or not the destination set by a user is reached on the basis of the current position, and reporting the arrival to the destination when the arrival is determined. SOLUTION: The reporting device accepts designation of one point on a map as the destination (110, 120). Based on the fact that there are facilities having its occupation area including the point (130), the occupation area of the facilities is set as an arrival determination area (150). When the reporting device accepts designation of the facilities as the destination, the occupation area of the facilities is set as the arrival determination area.
