PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance sheet stacking device increased in the stacked amount of conveyance sheets of the size half the maximum allowable one or less such as a normally often used A4 size without adopting a complicated structure and changing the size of the device body. SOLUTION: A discharge tray part 6 is disposed on the lower side of a discharge hole for conveyance sheets. The stacked amount of the conveyance sheets placed on the discharge tray part 6 is detected by a full stacking detection sensor. A transfer member is displaceable from the base part of the discharge tray part 6 along the sheet discharge direction to the feeding position near the generally center of the discharge tray part. It is detected by a first stacking detection sensor 12 whether the conveyance sheets are stacked within the range from the base part of the discharge tray part 6 to the transfer position. It is detected by a second stacking detection sensor 13 whether the conveyance sheets are stacked within the range from the transfer position of the discharge tray part 6 to the distal end thereof.
