PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portion vessel for liquid syrup or milk, by which syrup or milk is poured whithout spilling it to the outside, opening or closing a cover of a plastic vessel for iced coffee, iced tea, or the like used at a fast food restaurant or the like, and opening aluminized sheet of a beverage vessel with the aluminized sheet.
